It envisions a just society that provides po Read morelitical, social, and economic opportunities for women, particularly tribal and Dalit women, enabling them to realize their rights, improve their livelihoods, and reach their full potential. The organisation focuses on promoting child rights with a special emphasis on the welfare of the girl child. It collaborates with communities to support their struggle for survival and development. It works closely with Community-Based Organisations, women's organisations, youth leadership, and like-minded Civil Society Organisations at local, state, national, and international levels to advocate for disadvantaged communities' rights. The organization addresses various issues, including organising and capacity building to empower women and girls, eradicating female infanticide and the sale of girl babies, facilitating access to credit through self-help initiatives, improving livelihoods for women and their families, promoting sustainable agriculture with a gendered approach, ensuring women's reproductive rights through strengthened healthcare systems, advocating for proper enforcement of programs, schemes, policies, and legislation, and conducting social audits of National Rural Employment Programmes.
